Terms and Conditions for Parents and adult students.

• Your space will be confirmed once payment is received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
• Full attendance is required unless valid reason is given in advance.
• Students should join the class 5 min before Online lesson starts. For face to face lessons, please arrive at the venue 10 min before the lessons start.
• Do not pass your lesson ID & Password to anyone else for Online lessons.
• Lesson will be 55 min only to allow the teacher to get ready for the next class.
• Students need to be in a quiet room, free of any distractions including phones if Online.  
• *All Online students must appear on the screen at all times and enter the meeting with OWN NAME only. 
• Siblings and parents should not be present in room during the lesson time unless requested by the teacher.
• The class may have students of different ages. Please take care to be sensitive and aware of what you might say.
• Fees will not be refunded for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
• Whenever there’s a parents/adult students meeting arranged, parents are requested to attend for your child benefits.
• Bhavan reserves the right to remove anyone from the class without refund, if anyone is found to be showing disruptive behavior.
